A Suite for the Price of a Room...

Our rooms and suites range in price from $95.00 to $150.00 per night. Weekly discounts are available, AAA cards accepted. We are AAA inspected and approved. Triple A comments were " Housekeeping & maintenance are excellent" Group rates available. We can accommodate groups up to 40 people with the help of the guest house next door. A great place to have a family reunion, church group, graduation party etc.

A discounted guest house only rate is available if you are on a budget. This rate does not include breakfast and maid service.

Between 3:00pm and 6:00pm

If checking in later, it's no problem as long as we know ahead of time. No early checkins please.

Anytime before 11AM.

Room descriptions

Our B"n"B is casual in style as are the owners. We also focus on rooms being clean and comfortable.

All rooms are unique and include private outside entrance with porch or balcony, private bath, wireless high speed internet for your lap top, Cable TV/VCR with video library, DVD player available, phone access, AC and heat, irons and homedics sleep machines. Most rooms have a ceiling fan. Most rooms have access to a full common area kitchen for that floor.

Bathrooms have liquid soap and shampoo/conditioner and disposable cups. BYO toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryers, although we usually have extras if you forget.

We have lots of compliments on our extremely comfortable beds. Read the Amenities page to learn more about what we offer.

Quaker Room (1st floor)

$105.-$115.

Green Room (1st floor)

$110.-$120.

The "Quaker Room" is off the back of the house near the gardens. It is a small room and has a queen size bed, love seat couch, full bath and accesses a common area full kitchen* with porch that is for the use of the Green and Quaker rooms only.

The "Green Room" has a king size bed and a single day bed.

It is one of our larger rooms with high ceiling and fan, is located in the middle of the house and has a seating area by the bay window. The bathroom is a full bath.

There's a large porch with a wicker set off of the common area kitchen* that is also accessed by the Quaker room.

These two rooms can be reserved separately or can be perfect for guests and families traveling together due to the common area kitchen.

Victorian Room (1st floor)

$95-$105

Located on the first floor on the front of the house near the road. Our "Victorian Room" has a king size bed, private bath with shower stall, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. This room is small and has it's own private porch w/ sitting area. This is the only room without kitchen access.

Ivy & Rose Room (3rd floor entrance)

$95.-$105.

The "Ivy Room" is on the third floor and has a double and a single bed and a bathroom with shower stall. It has a very quaint feel to it with the slanted ceilings and is quite cozy. It also has a very private secluded feel to it since the closest room to it is on a different floor. It is down the hall from a full common area kitchen and entrance shared with the second floor "Rose Room".

The Rose Room" has a queen size bed as well as a sitting area and also features a high ceiling with fan. The private bathroom has a shower stall. This room is one of our larger rooms and is located on the front of the house near the road. The Rose room entrances from the third floor kitchen*, down the stairs to the private Rose room and bath.

Efficiency Suite (3rd floor)

$110.-$130.

The "Efficiency Suite" is very private like an apartment and has a queen and a single bed plus a double futon. It also has a private bath with shower and separate room with a full private kitchen*. Perfect for a small family. Located off back of house.

Family Suite (2nd floor)

$140.-$150.

Our "Family Suite" is our largest suite and features a bedroom with a king size bed, high ceiling with fan, a separate living room with a day-bed, pop-up bed and a full pull out couch, a private full bath, and has access to a full common area kitchen* with a balcony. Common area kitchen* is shared with the garden room.

Perfect for a family or take the whole floor for additional family and friends or for groups, such as girls friends night out.

Garden Room (2nd floor)

$105-$115.

Our Garden Room is a favorite of many and offers a king size bed, a single day bed, private bath with shower stall, a balcony overlooking the garden patio, access to a full common area kitchen* along with the family Suite. Kitchen has a private balcony as well.

* All kitchens are fully equipped and include stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, table, iron and board, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Even if you don't plan to cook, it's an awesome extra room to hang out and play cards, read, make pop corn, keep the wine chilled or have a late night snack.
